Momoko Tsutsumi Strong

Born in Tokyo, Japan.

Always creative, imaginative and day-dreaming, Momoko or "Momo" as her friends call her, has been creating art for ever. Entertaining her family and class mates with her paintings and comic strips has shown Momo exactly where her heart lies. At 15, Momo began her training in both classical art and graphic design dreaming of becoming a professional artist.

Momo attended Columbia College Chicago (Illinois, USA), and graduated with honors in 2001, earning a BA in Illustration.

Today, she works on various projects from illustrations to character design to animation to video editing.

Her likes include cute characters, cartoons, comics, video games, children's books, food and animals.

東京生まれ。

想像力・創造力豊かで、絵を描くことやお話を創ることが大好きな子供だった。家族やクラスメイトを絵で楽しませることで、心の内に住むアートへの情熱を知ることになる。高校在学中よりデッサンとグラフィックデザインの勉強を始める。

渡米、コロンビア・カレッジ・シカゴにてグラフィックデザイン、イラストレーション、アニメーションを学ぶ。２００１年卒業。

現在、イラストレーション、キャラクターデザイン、アニメーション、ビデオ編集など様々な分野のプロジェクトに力を入れている。
